Jerry’s Foods to Open New Location in Woodbury
According to the Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal, Jerry’s Enterprises plans to open a new 68,000-square-foot grocery store in Woodbury, but it doesn’t know yet which brand.The store will be in Bielenberg Gardens, a grocery-anchored shopping center at the southwest corner of Radio Drive and Bailey Road in a previously-announced development by United Properties.
The Woodbury store will have all the amenities that someone would expect to find in its existing store brands. The store will have some “great new features” that are unique to that location and some that are being tested at the Edina Jerry’s store that’s in the midst of a big remodeling project.
The 30-acre development will have a total of 90,000 square feet of retail. United Properties plans to build the new center so that it “meet residents’ day-to-day needs with amenities such as a grocery store, coffee shop, gas station and pharmacy,” Keith Ulstad, senior vice president of development at Bloomington-based United Properties, said in a press release.
